First Floor - $75.00 per day
	Second Person in suite is charged a base rate of $50.00 per day
	Amenities include: one meal of choice per day, laundry, housekeeping, & parking.
Meal package is available at additional cost
Second Floor and Third Floor
	Private suite- $125.00 per day/ base rate
	Semi-private suite- $110.00 per day/ base rate
	Second Person in suite is charged a base rate of $75.00 per day

The Suites at Sarah Moore offer 26,715 square feet of luxurious space for assisted living care. The Suites at Sarah Moore have 36 suites sprawled out over three stories situated over our secured underground parking garage. Each of our 36 suites range in size from 315 square feet for a private suite to 910 square feet for a two-bedroom suite. All suites have brand new amenities including private bathrooms, walk-in showers, and kitchen appliances.

The Suites at Sarah Moore have all the warmth of home, in a family oriented, social environment where our care is our residents. The third floor restaurant style dining area features a cozy fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and our friendly dietary staff. With its convenient location downtown, the Suites offer easy access to shops, restaurants, a movie theatre and other downtown living activities.

LEVELS OF CARE - Three packages have been designed to give our residents a level of care based on personal need.

Level I - The resident has a need for minimal daily supervision. This package includes 1-3 daily visits by the personal care staff and includes medication administration.

Level II - The resident has mild physical and judgmental limitations. Assistance is needed in two activities of daily living. This package includes 3-6 daily visits by the personal care staff and includes medication administration.

Level III - The resident has a need for prompting to re-orient, assistance in decision-making and requires assistance in three activities of daily living. This package includes 7-10 daily visits by the personal care staff and includes medication administration.
