Located on the corner of William St. and Union St., The Sarah Moore Home’s prime location in downtown Delaware is one of its many charms. Established in 1892 by a small group of ladies, The Sarah Moore Home is a community owned, nonprofit facility staffed with people who care and create a friendly home environment.

Our assisted living apartments feature home like qualities like kitchenettes and custom built in cabinets. Our location downtown offers easy accessibility to the Delaware County Library, Ohio Wesleyan University, churches, banks, downtown restaurants, movie theatre, and public transportation.

Studio apartments include:

• Two options for administering medication: Nursing staff can administer all medications or resident can completely self-administer (with doctor approval). Resident will be required to use the facility pharmacy unless other arrangements are approved by the administrator.
