In the spring of 1892 a small group of ladies banded together to organize a home for the aged in Delaware, Ohio. Their mission was to provide a place for older people to live out their days in peace and dignity. Our mission remains the same today.

We are community-owned, non-profit facility staffed with people who care. We are proud of our long-standing reputation for excellent care. Sarah Moore offers both assisted living and skilled nursing care within our facility.
